Mr. Hoffman has been helping clients execute and operationalize their marketing and business strategies since 1984. He specializes in leading initiatives that optimize sales and service effectiveness, improve individual and organizational performance, and accelerate adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of doing business. His solutions draw on a unique combination of expertise in learning strategy, marketing communications, knowledge management, change management, strategic marketing, and customer experience design.
Mr. Hoffman has experience across a range of industries, including telecommunications, insurance, professional and financial services, and computer hardware and software. Clients served include 3Com, Accenture, AT&T, Bell Canada, BellSouth, Chase Bank, CNA Insurance, CGU Insurance, Knowledge Universe, Lucent Technologies, Marriott International, Matha MacDonald, Microsoft, Motorola, RR Donnelley, SBC, Sears, Qwest, Warner Lambert, and Winstar, among others.
Mr. Hoffman holds an M.A. in Learning Sciences from the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University, and a B.Sc. from the Medill School of Journalism, also at Northwestern.
