Prior to joining Market Strategy Group, Aparna worked with Nomura, HCL Technologies and Ernst & Young. She helped companies develop market entry, growth and business transformation strategies. The work involved identifying new markets and customer segments, assessing feasibility of new ventures, building distribution channels, redesigning sales and promotion strategy and improving productivity of people and processes.

She has worked with companies in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, food processing, consumer electronics, power and infrastructure, financial services and technology sectors.

Aparna has an MBA from University of Oxford and is a qualified accountant.
