For a $100 million regional two-way radio network, Market Strategy Group calculated the current cost that more than 60 potential subscriber organizations were paying for their two-way radio communications on a per subscriber basis. In addition, by developing a comprehensive financial model which contained multiple scenarios, we identified how much each agency would be paying if they migrated their existing users onto the network. The input-driven financial model allowed the client to experiment with a variety of user access fee options in order to determine the structure that would provide the optimal revenue mix, while ensuring maximum user penetration.
